    4.Main unit structure of machine:

    5. Characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction:


    1.D+3+8 combination model has electricity consumption of 1100KWH for 22h,while electricity consumption is not less than 3800KWH for domestic and foreign open-width washing machine models,it's only about 30of electricity consumption of open-width washing machine models.
    2. This machine has washing water consumption of 8~12t per ton of knitted printed fabric,while the water consumption is between 40~50t per ton of fabric for domestic and foreign open-width washing machine models, saving 70??80on year-on-year basis.Compared with water consumption of about 60~100t per ton of fabric for traditional single cylinder washing process, it has saved 85%;
    3.In terms of steam consumption: This machine has steam consumption of about 25t for 22h,while 22h steam consumption is about 80~100t for open-width washing machine models,saving 64on year-on-year basis;
    4.In particular,it is more outstanding in terms of washing speed of the same variety;generally, the normal process speed of this machine is 45~60m/min,while the speeds of open-width washing machine models are between 15~30m/min, the productivity is improved by 50on year-on-year basis.


    6.Advantages of operating performance:

    greatly improving the boil rate of fabric,making soaping effect more tend to be perfect,fully guaranteing the washing effect of high-quality fabrics and creating greater economic benefit.
    4.The latest cylinder lifting roll synchronizer adopts independent drive,small rll mechanical seal, without water leakage; the bearing is more durable;it can reduce the water carryingquantity of fabric a faras possible,full ensure there is no mutual influence for sewage between tanks, enhance speed,save energy and increase efficiency, reduce the phenomena such as marking off fading and failing to wash off upon soaping and enhance the washing effect.
    5.In terms of electrical drive, on the basis of the original model,PLC program controlis increased,which ensures the transmission synchronization between units, more simple operation, reduction of labor intensity and more humanization.
