B: Process humidification and temperature control section:

1. At the feeding loop, there is a unique blowing loop for moisture, and the blowing device directly increases the humidity of the fabric surface, making the color more complete and the loop stable, and can achieve the function of eliminating static electricity;
2. A separate steam spraying device with a large supply of saturated steam is designed directly below the space of about 1 meter in length at the ring forming point, so that the fabric can obtain a large and sufficient amount of saturated steam during the process reaction, making the fabric more fully colored and vibrant;
3. The latest humidification device uses the siphon principle to fully atomize water, and under the action of auxiliary steam, it quickly circulates through the fan and evenly adds it to the steamer, stably controlling the temperature and humidity inside the steamer.

C: Process adaptability section
1. Dispersion process: This machine is equipped with 2 natural gas heating furnaces, with the front one heating the feeding ring box and 2 middle box bodies, and the rear one heating the 2 middle box bodies and the discharging box bodies; Ensure that the temperature inside the steamer is stable and consistent before and after; The temperature difference is extremely small, with a process temperature of ± 1 ℃. 2. Active process: On the basis of a constant temperature configuration in the dispersion process, when the active process is rapidly heated to around 102 ℃, the unique saturated steam generator begins to exert its maximum moisture content. The steam with the highest moisture content is uniformly input into the steam box through the circulating fan in the fastest way possible, so that the fabric in the steam box fully absorbs moisture and releases heat at the same time. During the heat release process, the temperature in the steam box rises, and multiple temperature measurement points in the steam box start the humidification device at the same time. The ultra-fine and large amount of steam mist is added to the steam box together under the action of the circulating fan, balancing the set process temperature and keeping the relatively high humidity in the steam box constant; Make the fabric fully colored, with bright and full flower patterns.
3. Carving process: With constant humidity and stable temperature, through unique mechanical design and continuous improvement, the Beifa steamer has broken through the bottleneck of stable processing that only foreign steamers can handle.
